Game day

What it does for a director

See every field at once

One live board shows all fields — the two teams, the score, the inning, and whether each field started early, late, or is running behind. A "near-final" flag tells you which field to send the crew to next, instead of guessing from the office.

Scores that can't be entered wrong

Each team submits the final. A game only locks when both teams submit the same score. If they disagree, it's flagged for you to settle — no quiet mistakes, no arguments an hour later.

Brackets that advance themselves

When a bracket game finals, the winner drops into the next matchup automatically. No one re-writing the bracket by hand on a whiteboard while parents wait.

Parent Coach Tournament director

The founder is a parent, a coach, and a tournament director who has run multiple tournaments over the years. He has felt this exact pain from every side of the fence: the director sitting blind in the office not knowing which field is about to finish, the coach hunting last-minute for his next opponent, and the parent in the bleachers with no idea that games are running behind or which field their kid plays on next.
