Hands-off scoring
When a team's scorekeeper starts the game on GameChanger, the field goes live on your board. Nobody taps Start.
Runs and innings follow the scorebook on your dashboard, the bracket and every phone.
A few minutes after the scorekeeper ends the game, the final locks. Standings update and the bracket winner moves on.
If the two teams' scorebooks don't match, or a coach reports a different score, it shows under Needs attention with both numbers. Otherwise there is nothing to do.
When both teams keep a book, the app compares them. If one scorekeeper falls behind, the app follows the one that is current. A coach who forgets to end the game doesn't hold anything up.
Teams that don't keep a book send the final from their phones. The game locks only when both teams send the same score, and a mismatch comes to you. You can always enter or correct a final yourself.
Game day
One live board shows all fields: the two teams, the score, the inning, and whether each field started early, late, or is running behind. A "near-final" flag tells you which field to send the crew to next.
Seed the bracket from the standings in one click. When a bracket game finals, the winner drops into the next matchup, and a finished bracket names its champion.
Import teams from a Tourney Machine registration export or add them by hand, create pool games, and let the auto-placer fill fields and times. Drag a game to move it; a double-booked team or field turns red.
